English teacher and freelance writer Jonathan Parsons is a longtime gamer working abroad in Japan. He spends his free time swimming through the Akita winter snow to his car and playing classic PC and Famicom games.

Played EverQuest from launch and up to the Gates of Discord expansion. Drifted around on multiple MMOs after that and am now currently on hiatus from them. Have some great memories from my EQ days and hope to have experiences like that again in the future.
